I offer a variety of amenities to make you feel right at home especially if you are spending a good portion of your day with me for a session! I am a snacker myself, so I love making sure you are taken care during your time here. I offer Poppi Soda  Bite Size Snacks (vegan, gluten free), variety of Cheez-It flavors, Filtered Water, Herbal or Black Tea, or Coffee.  
I also have free Wifi and plenty of outlets for charging your devices including a wireless blue tooth charging port. I typically have my self-created soothing playlist playing in the background on Spotify but I will ALWAYS ask for any requests if you would like to listen to anything while you are here with me. NEVER hesitate to request a Silent Session. I totally understand and honor you in needing some quality quiet time. For my nuero spicy peeps, I have adult fidget gadgets to help keep your brain occupied!
